The hour you recorded still hums with a good guest and a half-cold coffee. We set it down as pages a stranger can find: keyword-researched posts, show notes and clip libraries, ten episodes at a time for one fixed fee.

an hour of sound, set as pages

Two engagements, one clip library you can buy alone. Every price is a fixed fee, invoiced by email: half to begin, half on delivery.

service 01 · the sprint

ten episodes, one fixed fee

10 episodes per sprint, no meter running

Send ten recordings. We listen to every minute, then hand back keyword-researched blog posts, show-note pages with chapter timestamps, and a clip library cut from the best sentences. Three weeks from the day the files land.

  • Ten blog posts, 1,400–1,800 words, drafted from the transcript rather than around it
  • Ten show-note pages with timestamps and FAQ schema
  • Six titled, captioned pull-clips per episode
  • One brief per episode: the query, the intent, the internal links

service 02 · the audit

the quarterly star chart

Four times a year we open your search console beside your episode list and read it like a night sky: what is climbing, what has dimmed, and which questions your guests already answered that no page claims.

  • Rankings and impressions review for every episode page
  • A gap list of 40 buyer questions your recordings can answer
  • Internal-link map, redirects and schema fixes
  • A 60-minute readout by phone, written notes by Friday

service 03 · clips alone

the clip library, on its own

For teams who already write their own posts. We cut, title, caption and index the strongest moments so each clip lands on a page of its own, with a transcript a crawler can read.

  • Eight clips per episode, titled to match a real query
  • Burned-in captions plus full transcript text
  • Page templates and a clip sitemap, ready to publish

how we listen

we sit with the recording until the room tone is familiar, then set its best sentence on a page where a search engine and a person both feel at home.

two fates for one recording

left in the feed, or set on the page

plan a · leave it in the feed

one file, one title

  • An hour of audio on a hosting platform, with two lines of show notes
  • Found by people who already know your guest’s name
  • The sharpest answer sits at minute 31, unindexed and unquoted
  • Cost: nothing, every week, indefinitely

SPEC A — silent catalogue

plan b · set it on the page

one file, a dozen doors

  • A post keyed to the question a buyer types, drafted from the transcript
  • A show-note page with timestamps a crawler and a listener can both follow
  • Clips with their own pages, titled like real queries
  • Cost: $4,180 for ten episodes, once

SPEC B — lit catalogue

Do you need to sit in on our recording calls?

No. Send a share link or your hosting RSS feed. We work from the finished audio or video and never join a live session.

Who writes the posts, and who approves them?

A writer who has heard the whole recording drafts each post; a second reader checks it against the keyword brief. Nothing goes live until you have redlined and approved it in a shared document.

What if a guest said something we shouldn’t publish?

Flag it in the redline and it comes out of the post, the show notes and the clip library. Clips are only published once you’ve watched them.

How long before the pages rank?

We can’t promise a position. New pages commonly take weeks to months to be indexed and settle. The quarterly audit reports what Google is actually showing, so the next sprint follows evidence.

Do you handle webinars, or only podcasts?

Both. A webinar recording counts as one episode in a sprint, and slide text gets folded into the brief.

  1. 01

    send the files

A share link or RSS feed is enough. We listen to every minute with headphones on, marking the laughs, the pauses and the one answer worth a page.

  2. 02

    map the questions

A keyword pass for each episode: what your buyers type, which page of yours already answers it, and what is missing. The briefs reach you within three working days.

  3. 03

    write, cut, set

Posts, show-note pages and clips arrive together in one shared folder, ready for your redlines. Nothing is published without your yes.

  4. 04

    publish, then watch

Pages go live on your domain. At the next quarterly audit we read what search actually did, and choose the next ten episodes by the evidence.
